I was posted in the General Medicine department in unit three under Dr. Nikitha ma'am,Dr. Nishitha ma’am, Dr. Vivek sir, Dr. Navya ma’am.

In the course of internship in General MedicineI learned how to take detailed medical histories, perform physical examinations, and interpret diagnostic tests to assess patient’s health status including learning how to formulate differential diagnoses and create management plans.

HOPI  : Patient was A known Case of Diabetes Since 11 Years and Hypertensive since 1 Year.   She developed Giddiness which later Resolved on the Next Day.
